We at Smartie Pants are passionate about childcare, and understand fully the impact quality childcare can make not only on a child's learning development, but support a whole family and ultimatly a whole community.

 

Therefore our aim is to offer a choice of quality childcare to enable families to continue working, look for employment or training and provide children with their Early Years entitlement of funded childcare sessions.

 

We believe an early years setting is ever changing and developing with the children, families and community and therefore feel the main asset to any setting is the staff. We believe in highly qualified and trained staff which exceed the welfare requirements set out in the EYFS.
